The last fat to go ?

My girl has a competition in 2 months. A few years ago she became unhealthy and overweight. Today she looks amazing. She busts her ass though, I give 110% credit to her, I just provide her with information and knowledge. The last place that she has a little fat on her is in her butt and hamstrings. Not a lot of fat either, just a small layer with cellulite in it. What would be some ideas for getting rid of this ? Is this just the last place on her body she will lose fat ? She also has some extra skin from when she was heavier, mainly in her arms. Will it just take time for this to tighten back up ? She wasn't heavy for very long so I really believe eventually this skin will tighten, however is there anything to speed up the process ? Speed it up enough so in two months it'll be gone ?

I am not sure about the skin, but some kind of transdermal fat burner will/should help out that last little bit of fat.

My wife has used TargeX and it worked great for the back of the hams, as long as its was just alittle bit back there...this and a CLEAN diet is about all she can do.

Do you remember where she ordered the TargeX from ?

Her diet is great, she really does a good job and tries very hard. On her workouts I told her to start using a jump rope at the gym. As soon as she's done with her set, start jumping. No breaks the entire time to keep her heart rate up

TargeX came from Amino over at Outlaw.

I am about to get osme more from him as well...he says the newer stuff is better than the old stuff.
