If you workout extremely early in the morning like myself...then you need a little extra umph in your PREWO shake.
I like to make coffee the night before & chill it in the fridge. Then put that in your shake in the morning w/ your protein...it will taste like a frapacino from starbucks. You can even throw a few ice cubes in the blender. |
