when i was working i would get up at 5 am and be at equinox by 5:15 but now i go at 10 pm and workout until closing. i am a night owl now and usually am up until 2 or 3am so it works out best.

I do morning cardio and come back later at night when I'm well fed to hit the weights.

Never liked morning workouts... always after work 6pm on.
next month iam doing a split noon for an 45mins then 5pm for an hour.

Morning time is the best, when the afternoon roll s around I'm to tired and my mind id full of things to do.

Can't do mornings. I get up at 4:30am, work 6am-2:30pm, and in the gym by 3pm before the 4 to 5 crowd gets there. The gyms around here open at 5 or 5:30am.

my work schedule allows me to work out at 2pm on mn,tue,fri and at 11am on wed,thurs. Saturdays are usually in the afternoon because I bounce at a club on friday nights.

I train around 5:30 or 6,there is a crowd there but the training is more intense.For all of you that workout in the morning,you are a better man than me!

I work out at various times but mostly at lunch.....that's when i get the best lifting in.

When I work out I like to be alone. The morning is the best time for me because mostly everyone is doing cardio upstairs while I get to work out.
