i am about to start a 10 week cycle and am looking to add some quality muscle. as this is my first go i want to do everything right. as of now i eat really clean. i get most of my protein from tuna and cottage cheese and shakes. i get my carbs from whole wheat bread granola and yogurt. i think i get around 3000 a day right now. just wondering what some of your guy's diets look like when you bulk. i just want to know what 6 thousand calories look like. thanks guys. jay.

ive never eaten 6,000 calories, but it could be easy. just add oatmeal and calorie dense foods in there. should be easy to get
