Default Original formula 1-AD by IDS (not Advanced Muscle Science 1-AD bullshit)
i aquired a few bottles of this.....same as the original 1-AD by ErgoPharm. Converts directly to 1-Test and is 100mg/capsule.

Did anyone ever use this stuff and is it any good (for a prohormone)?

i used to take ergopharms 1-ad. I believe the dose was 100mg 2-3 times a day. I remember popping upwards to 6-7 a day and getting alot out of it. I think if you were going to compare it to any anabolic tho you would be disappointed.

fucking website tried to string me along and said it was on backorder and told me it would be in in a week, i was like "dude, that shit was discontinued over a year ago" and had them refund me.
