chest/back 30 min cardio Tuesday 60 minutes Cardio Wensday Legs/shoulders 30 min cardio thursday 60 min cardio friday bi's and tri's 30 min cardio sat and sun 60 min cardio i do high rep fast paced strict sets (30 sec breaks between sets, lots of super sets) not really doin max weight lifting for tone and endurance thoughts? |

chest and back is one big workout. I don't know if I could fit both in with straight sets. Do you superset them? I have tried that before and it was one of the toughest workouts ever. You'll definitely look and feel thick as hell. I would still favor one big muscle w/one smaller one. you could still superset to keep the pace and intensity up. try this schedule;
1. superset chest/bis - antagonists + 30 min cardio 2. abs,calves, 60 min. cardio 3. superset back.tris + 30 min cardio 4. rest 5. abs, calves, + 60 min cardio 6. superset legs/shoulders +30 min cardio 7. abs, calves + 60 min cardio 8. rest 9. repeat pattern I know you are anxious to shred but you need to balance training with recouperation time. 3 on/1 off is a good schedule. Lmk what you think of this split. I would also try to down some aminos in between your strength training and cardio to get the muscles the fuel they need to begin healing asap.

what about back and tris, and chest and bi's
i was trying to pair opposing muscle groups together so they each get worked more in a week. also i tend to do less rest days when i am ON, since my recovery time needed minimal, right? either way i am do for a change as i like to switch my splits every 6-8 weeks as far as aminos go, i always make sure i get them all i went to this website customcapsule.com and created my own blend that pulled from some of the best blends i read, olny problem is i need to take alomost 15 caps of this a day cuz there is so much in it, lol thanks bro good to see u back around |

please explain more to me about about this magic "25" are u saying 25 minutes of cardio is better or just as good as 45 to hour even 90 minutes? how why please tell? |

my new splits day 1 chest, and light tri's day 2 back and light bi's day 3 legs day 4 rest day 5 shoulders day 6 Bi's and tri's day 7 rest everyday 25-35 min of cardio thoughts? |

You might consider changing up your rest days I cannot go chest, backs then legs without a rest day but it also depends on your training intensity.
Maybe consider chest/bi day then a rest day to back/tri day then legs. I always have a rest day after legs as leg day knocks the crap out of me. I also do much like priest said with push/pull (Chest/bi and Back/tri). Good luck with your training.
