Personally, I think your carb count is a little low. BUT, that's more for my body, I know that I need more carbs than that, you may not. You can try adding more carbs during the day, then just cut them off at night. I was keeping my carbs at 6 pm then I moved into the next week when I cut them at 4 pm. Within 3 days they were back to 6pm again. I didn't feel good and was losing too much muscle.
Your choice but in the morning instead of tuna at 8am, lol, you could switch out for some turkey bacon. Just pop it in the microwave and it cooks good, and easy of course If you switch out some beef for chicken you will add some calories to the diet. These are not "bad" calories, just more calories. |

Bro, if that works for you great. Just watch your muscle mass in the process. You're obviously gonna lose some just try to keep it under control. If you think you're starting to lose too much muscle too quick, then maybe do some tweaking. Good luck with everything though

mmmm, I'd like to see how everything turns out for you. I have no experience with tren, can't say anything one way or the other. I read the same stuff you do
Planning on running it two cycles down the road from now. |

I think you're OK. The balance looks about right to me. The only thing I might change up is to switch out one-or-two of the protein/water shakes with a 6 oz. ground turkey patty. You need some fat...and at low calories, saturated fat won't hurt you one bit and will provide a much needed energy source.
TenMan BTW...to show you how different people are, your diet would be too much food for me when cutting. I would prolly gain weight on it. But, that's me...everyone is different. You have to try a few times to know what works and what doesn't. Good luck!! |
