to get around 8% you don't need a bodybuilders diet. i stay around 7% in off season and compete mid to low 3's. eat lean protein, complex carbs, and green veggies at least 6 times a day, take some flax seed oil and or fish body oil and do plenty of cardio either 1st thing in the am on empty stomach or after workout
