she has taken clen before... but had issue with hear beat (much the same as i do if i go about 60mcg)
she wants to try var @ten mgs ed.... she is already very into cardio and weight training and is very dedicated to diet( and once she starts i have permission to be hard on her if she strays) any advice that you can give her? we are kind of doing a mock contest prep....8 weeks to go, im not familiar with female training techniques really so any adivce you had would be much appreciated |

10 mg/day should be pretty good for her. A couple simple observations/suggestions:
-Make sure she does her lifting first, followed by some lengthy, low intensity cardio afterward. (Walking briskly on an incline, etc). Also, I've heard from numerous vets that women really start burning the most fat once they are around the 45 minute mark, so an hour of cardio (I know thats FOREVER) 4 times a week should hit the mark. Hi intensity weight training, including supersets, might also help burn some fat. -Glad to hear shes all about dieting, as that is most important, however, in order to keep sane and curb any binges/cravings, I really believe that one good solid cheat meal a week, usually on the weekend, will pay dividends in a long term process. There are two schools of thought that you can either set aside a certain number of "snack calories" per day (150-200), or have a cheat day....I prefer the cheat MEAL, (not an entire day of pigging out) because it can be seen as the reward for eating all those chicken breasts, tuna, eggs, greens, etc. -I know its a pain in the ass, but if its her first time doing a mock contest prep, I advocate keeping a log of her meals and workout, so you can use it as weeks go by. There may be some days she feels really good, or really terrible, and you can use that as a guideline to improve as you guys move forward. -You know as well as me that 10mg/var (though I like the dose), is no miracle potion by any means, and that its important to just stay patient, stay consistent, work hard, and the results will come slowly...also with var, she'll know they are quality results that she can most likely keep. There's more, but I'll leave it at that for now. Best of luck to you guys over the next couple months. |

There's nothing gay about it at all...I'm all too familiar with training partners who end up falling off when it gets difficult. Its great to have somebody you spend alot of time with there to support you, and vice versa. Best of luck to you guys.

My wife is a national figure competitor and has tried a few different aas. Var seems to be the best with not many sides. She always starts with 10 and goes up to 20, but we are very careful. She tried deca at 50 a week and as well as test prop in her delts at 25mg e3d. Test will shut down most womens menstal cycle. Clen is about all she uses for contest prep 20 then 40 then up to 60mcg and then off with the benedryl 4 a few days. Shes gonna try albuteral this time just to see the difference. Oily skin is the only thing that ever gives her a problem but shes trying to get her pro card this year so shes dealing with it.

How did things work out for your wifey, tweaks?
Good advice is given here. The only thing that I'd add, if needed, for better fat burning is adding HIIT, which is sprinting intervals. Adding them, along w/ correct diet, training and my ss cardio was spot on for my show prep and got the fat to melting when I stalled. |

honestly, if she doesnt have a contest then there is no point of her even trying anything like that. She can just keep eating good, doing what she is doing now, she will have the body she wants.

she did not loose a lot of weight persay... toned alot and added some size in he butt and thights....basically replaced stuff she didnt want with some muscle...stomach got much flatter and harder...
unfortunately i think her italian genetics.... wouldnt let her go with out spluring with the occasional cheat meal of pasta for 10 weeks! |
