hey guys does anyone have a good diet for an 8 week cutter.. i know everyone is diff but here are my unique points
i do little cardio--like 35-40 minutes max any more then that and i get flat also i can deal with lower carbs..but ive heardyou that can go lower with carbs and higher with fat and protein.... as opposed to little fat, some carbs and high protein i noticed last year i got really flat... cause i had like no fat and no carbs... and i remember charles glass saying something about low carbs but medium fat can keep you from getting to flat |

I follow a Beverly International diet all year around, but especially like their cut diet. You are right, there is lower carbs and higher "good" fat and high protien. It works wonders for me! If your interested let me know.
Thanks, Motown |

sunday-carb load day if u work out, if not do it on a carb load day.
Only eat carbs After weight workouts, if you arnt working out with weights then you dont need any carbs, so try to have a 3 day week of working out with weights so you have 4 days of non carb days with 1 carb load day. On the days you dont workout with weights, take in high protein/ high fat. |

you just have to experiment and see what works for you bro. everyone is different, and I doubt anyone would take the time to put together a diet for someone other than themselves. im sure if you posted yours though, that many people would critique it and help you improve.
