Has anyone tried this before. I have heard good things, but I am curious if someone may have an ebook about this routine...seems interesting.

A friend of a friend of mine helped design this program..looks very sweet and challenging to get done..

Good routine for beginners or those who want to back off and let body heal after pushing new limits. Also good for rehab ie. mostly closed chain exercises.

im also interested on this workout, seems like alot of different variations of stuff that ive never seen before, very intreging!! looks pretty damn hard for bigger guys!!

Haven't looked into it enough, but it sure looks beneficial to me. I doubt that it would be a waste of time to try it, but I thought it was a bit on the pricey side.
