Just getting ready to start training hard, I am pretty new at this and looking for a good diet plan without raw vegs or fruit, any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Just prefer no fruit. Veggie's I can handle but just not raw. I do take lots of supp. to replace though. Thanks for the replys

Thats a bummer bro, but its something you should really try to overcome .. consider it one of first of many obsticles to overcome on your way to success.
Do you absoloutely have to eat veggies and fruits to get big? Probably not .. but the toll that training and using enhacement drugs can take on your body is big .. and the nutritional value that is contained in fruits and veggies in the form of enzymes and a TON of other things that you cant get from a vitamin supplement ... is enormous. If you cant handle raw veggies .. steam them, dont boil .. that will help for starters. The fruit thing is weird bro .. lol ... just to give you a hard time, lots of people dont like veggies but most like fruits since they are sweet. Maybe make it a goal to consume one a day .. and put all the other factors into place (proteins/carbs, etc) Fruits and veggies are a huge part of overall health and really shouldnt be ignored unless your allergic or something. |

You don't have to eat them raw, but you do need to eat them. Fruit is good to calm done that sugar rush. Don't place to much faith in supplements, your main nutritional source should always be food, period.

u can always stir fry ur meat with the veggies bro, thats what i do. i hate cooking veggies on their own, but i love making healthy beef and brocoli or make some cashew chicken with some snap peas or just peas in general. its all about finding what works for u in bodybuilding brother. believe me its tough. i was raised on a fruit farm so i love all thats stuff. but i know the average american would much rather eat some fries than a salad.

Fruit and veggies are a must for growing. Your body does not absorb supplements like the real deal. Mom always said eat your veggies!! Good luck with finding the ones you like and it is all about what works for you.

shit if he was a skinny dude, i would say go to the chinese gourmet and eat some brocoli beef, cashew chciken and veggies and veggie spring rolls, hahahahahaha! what? they have veggies in em right?
