Default An introductory hello
I'm a 38 yr old male, married with 3 kids. Looking to get back into the swing of things. Have hit the gym hard as of late and wanted to find a site once again to keep up with the knowledge base out there. Looks like a great board, thanks for having me. Now...I've got some reading to do on this board.
