Hey how are you all doing? I've been around and on the forums for the past 3 years. I learned most of my knowledge from SSB. Even though i know most of you feel that board is a joke, it is what taught me a lot about gear. I'm a young guy who doesn't compete, but im in the gym 5 days a week working my ass off to be healthy, look good, and keep busy. With one basic test cycle under my belt im 5'6 @ 190 around 11% bodyfat. I was refered here by another good bro _bladen_ . Hope to make this one of my new home.

I love the old school aspect of this board, nothing is more important to me (or us ) than safety.
I see some familiar faces around here as well. Most of you will know me from other boards as "Half_pint"
