Came across this board and it looks better than the rest I belong to. Too much BS and crybabies.

I know someone will ask so here are the vitals: 36years old, 5'-9" tall, 230lb, 8-9%BF. been training for the better part of 12 years, with the occasional month or year off here and there.

Look forward to sharing some opinions and info
