what would you like to know ...i am an open book ...i have been working out for a year strait now after a 3 year layoff ...i was heavy into the seen(lifting) during late teens and early 20s .....like i said starting to get into more now...just got bad news though ..tore my right shoulder ...getting surgery on it the week after christmas.. have to take it easy for about 3 months .....think i am going to stock up on Igf lr3 first....LOL...Mars22
