Yet another newbie intro...been lurking on the board for a while now, just reading the threads, and realized I better make an intro post. Been seriously hitting the weights for a couple of years now and put on some size, but am still looking to put on more mass...any advice and tips are always appreciated. Registed on several other boards as well....always with the same screen name.

Uh yeah, what else to say...I'm 5'10" usually a little over 170 lbs (small, I know), about 10% bf. I mostly want to put on about 15 lbs of lean mass...not a huge goal I know...my girlfriend models (she's my avatar pic) and we want to do some shoots together but I need to get some size before then. I do a 4 day split workout, and that's been good for me...mainly need to work on my diet.
