ECA results?

hey guys how does everyone like this stack?

I like it better with Yohimbine added. An ECAY stack. 25-50 mg ephedrine, 200 mg caffeine, 350 mg aspirin, 9-18 mg yohimbine.

If using the higher dose, take it separately approx 6 hrs after first dose.


I've used this together for 6 months and more with no problems. It works well for me and i tolerate it well.

Yohimbine is an alpha2 adrenoreceptor antagonist. It inhibits phosphodiesterase activity and thereby amplifies the effect of ephedrine, which is a broad spectrum beta agonist.


Start at the low end of those doses.

I am going to have to try the Yohimbine. I have read lots of good things about it lately.

I wouldn't do contest prep without it. ECA+clen+t3=hard as nails physique.

I like the idea you don't stack them together at the same time. ECAY stack fcks with my heart too much. Sometimes I get irregular heart beats and tight chest, esp during a tough workout.

I have never been prone to this irregular heart beat thing. I don't know that it is a real danger. I'll have to read about it.

I've used ECA alone, clen alone, and ECA + Clen....ECA was actually fairly weak for me...clen worked much better. That being said, one of my training partners loves ECA and says clen is useless, so....as with most things, its an individual thing. I'm curious how t3 has worked for some of the guys here...thats the one compound I haven't had much experience with.
