My apologies if this is in the wrong place. I pretty much am on a year long bulk to put on as much mass and as little bf as possible. I can eat everything under the sun, but somedays it is hard to think of anything different than pb& j sandwiches, pizza not to mention hamburgers and chicken breasts. Anybody have any cheat food they like to indulge on during their bulks?

cheesecake before bed. You get tons of calories and fat but some protein. Nah, I really just do it for the taste and the calories. one slice is like 400calories. If you have a protein shake with it the bulk from the cheesecake will help slow the absorption of the protein and keep you anabolic all night long. At least that's what I tell myself........I know there is some truth to that statement.

LOL you shouldn't need any help thinking about stuff to eat... especially if you have no restrictions. Chinese, sushi, sonnys bbq, golden corral, carabbas, italian, etc.. you name it I love it.
Some restrictions I will be putting on myself is no starchy carbs after 6 or 7pm, (vegetables like green beans and corn is ok) and doing cardio 2 times a week for 45 minutes, so I don't lose myself. Other than that, I can whatever and however much I want, as long as I train balls to the wall with full intensity. Also, try not to eat out, but make your own food... making your own burgers is way better tasting and healthier than the mickey ds shit... and try using somewhat healthier alternatives.. not on everything. my thing is I am anal during pre contest diets and VERY strict, so I let myself do whatever I want in the offseason as long as I follow the rules I laid out to you and also make sure I am taking enough supplements and my protein intake is covered, and my training is very intense with maximum recovery time. |

Damn never thought of cheesecake, hell of an idea
Good ideas CPT but I do restrict myself on eating out to save $$$. I am pretty strict when I am dieting but my metabolism is so crazy fast I can get away eating whatever when I bulk and not go totally cream puff. I used Pb&j sandwiches as a staple this past summer along with tuna salad and hamburgers but I am trying to add a little variety. Like they say variety is the spice of life. |

I liked your original idea of pbj, pizza, hamburger's etc.. Hell with chicken and salad. As far as tuna goes - good luck getting a can without "mush" in it.

yeah in all honest if you tend to stay an all the time then load up on some goodies just as long as you have your 1-2gr. protein per lb of bodyweight covered. The night of my show we had a celebration afterwords consisting of wings, pizza, fried dough, cheesecake, and plenty of liquor. Let me tellyou that we all gained 20lbs in two days and still looked pretty incredible. The overflow in water took a little to spil over, it was awesome and we felt great.

In my endless search of bulking options I have come across two that I thought I would throw out there. Every week I believe on Tuesdays BW3's has 30 cent wing night and it being the holidays non-fat egg nog it treating me quite nice.
