Default New Older guy here
Hey guys. I'm 51 and been in the gym since.....well a long time
5' 8" 212. I'm a "cruiser" now, nice to be at a point in life where I can kick the ups and downs.

Hoping this board has a little better quality people than some others. Most forums seem to be populated by "thread Parrotts" not knowledable BBs or Supplement users - whew thee's some bad advice out ther.

Welcome, Trip, think you will like it here. Got a pretty low post count myself, normally wouldn't even presume to welcome anybody cause who-the-hell-am-I, but certain Intro's catch my eye. Been in some gym or another since before you could spell "Gym," but I'm always willing to work with you kids.

I do have medium experience elsewhere with a pre-Raw Deal name, always wished I'd used this one instead, kinda describes our situation.

Hey Faust. Great to be called a kid! Maybe I'll get carded at the store next

Yup, think I know about the pre-raw deal name. I'm counting my lucky stars that I'm well-situated for a while, the eggs definately got scrambled.

I too don't post to many welcomes for the same reason Faust mentions but at 48 you and Faust are making me feel like a spring chicken!!!!
