hey bro, the 80's called and they want their supplements back!
j/k...but between the liver tablets and now the high calorie weight gainer, are the Irish really that far behind the times???? you should refer some more members over here so you can get some Direct Supplement.com dollars and get yourself some supplements from this millenium.

Hitchy my man you are way better off getting your cals from whole foods, those weight gain things are just filled with empty calories.Especially that mammoth shit.
If you insist on the shakes then I would look for something more of a lean gainer with the proper ratio of carbs : protein, and ALOT lower on the fat. Have you looked at the amount of fat you are ingesting with each one of those mammoth skakes, plus with whole milk? Now milk there is another subject don't even get me started. Basically what I am trying to say is that there are better ways for you to get your daily requirement of Calories my friend. Good luck with that Kartel

I've never tried the mammoth line.
A few years ago I bought a dog food sized bag of weight gainer. I didn't realize until I opened it that there was a small shovel inside to portion it out with. Each "serving" was rediculously big |

I agree that around 600kcals to maybe 800 should be the very upper limit of shakes when bulking, on a side note, that stuff was actually designed by a load of fellas who train at a gym not too far off where I live - "superflex" in Upton, West Yorks. You might be best splitting the servings in half mate IMO.
