Hey all,
I have been away awhile form the online scene.. I have been diagnosed with a back injury that is here to stay.. spinal stenosis Facet syndrome stage 1 disk degeneration (L4) with very, very minor (L5) damage So ok no more OLY for me.. I am past acute phase and on a mission to lean up to improve posture for some relief. (this is going great) I need someone to aim me to someone who can help me past all this... I have no intention of ever trying to squat or dead lift like I used you. But I need to strike a happy medium intensity wise... Thanks in advance... Sik |

Hey brop, chin up I have the same injury at L4, L5 and S1, I still work out with teh same desire and intensity, I really concentrate on adominal strength and stretching out my back and torso, I have a routine that I do every morning that involves stetching out and do multiple ab exercises.. plus I go to the gym and use the equipment to do legs and am very careful; with my back exercises.. it is possible you just have to keep yourself in the same mindset as to what your are after and what is possible, I have really gained some good strength and actually am more flexible than I ever was before, and have gone over a year with out it going "out" on me..
