Yeah, she wants a dog. Funny thing is that I have to keep it at my home. Isn't that great? Sure it's great. She wanted a gay ass yorkie I said I'm too big to be walking a teacup yorkie. LOL Then we saw a Jack Russel. They're cool dogs. I don't mind getting one but for the same price I saw a huge 7 week old boxer. There was actually two of them. I said you can have the boxer since I gotta keep it. It was huge for a puppy. I'm gonna get his ass on saturday afternoon. There's the normal looking one and one with a white chest and big white patch on his right eye and around his eye it's black so I want to call him bruiser since he looks like he has a bruise.

What do you think? They're 550$ Should I bargain?

My friend had a boxer that developed a lot of tumors and had to be put down...it's a problem with the breed. Have you done mych reading on the breed???

Some major concerns are cardiomyopathy, sub-aortic stenosis, and hip dysplasia. Sometimes prone to epilepsy. From age eight on they are more likely to get tumors than other breeds. Tendency for allergies. Also heart problems. These dogs may drool and snore. May have excessive flatulence. Some white Boxers are prone to deafness.

My girl got pissed cause I didn't want to get the little dog. I'm buying the dog on my own. I checked the bargain trader and I went to someone's home that breeds them. They hooked me up for about 300$ less. He had one male left and he was running around playing paying attention to all the animals there. Pretty much didn't give a crap about playing with me. He just wanted to run after all the other dogs. LOL

You gotta run that dog 2x a day bro. Eventually you'll need to get a bike, lol. Boxer's need lots of exercise and will be a "puppy" until its about 3. Good for you on the new dog though. If he has lots of energy he's going to cause "trouble" in the house.

we have a jack russel at the moment and its like a grumpy old man lol.
it gets into bad moods were he just gives you a look that says " piss off im having a bad day ".
im the same as you , i dont like small dogs either , i like big muscle breeds like pit bulls and bulldogs

Ok, I took her to go see them after she had a fit about the boxer. She didn't like the male(I personally didn't either) but was gonna get it anyways. He didn't pay any attention to me and wanted to just run and run. I would try to play with it, it would look at me like saying fuck you bitch and leave. The girl(last of the litter therefore the smallest) was the best looking one and immediately ran up to us to play and bite my gf's toes over and over. It was hyper and crazy and basically what I was looking for. It's a female, yes I know but I don't really mind. It's gonna be $400.00 and since my chick loved her so much she offered to pay for half so I'll be taking it tomarrow.

I just got my first puppy almost a month ago, she's so sweet, 1/2 black lab and 1/2 Akita/Ridgeback. She's already doubles in size and will definately out weigh me. She looks mostly lab, but has the akita attitude. Crazy thing is, she has more energy than our 2 1/2 yr old, tires him out, just wish they'd tire each other out.

quick reply but my girl is the same way MASS. she wants a Wheaton Terrier..i want a Choc Lab or Boxer, maybe even a Weirmeraner(sp?)
