cnp - propeptide(formerly dorian yates approved)
-contains FUNCTIONAL amounts of micellar casein and healthy intestinal flora. Best anti-c pro. out there.

isopure zero carb - may be old, but still the fastest working whey i have ever used. Really fills you out upon administration. Ion-exchange is worth the lack of peptide fractions imo when you need lightning fast supplementation. Endurance drink is excellent also - 20g pro. 60 grams dex. VERY convenient.

NOW brand: coQ10, fish oil, high gamma e, ester c, taurine 1000, rhodiola, krill. -NOW is gmp cert'd with the buying power to cut any competitors throat. They always meet label claims and the quality is excellent. Unless you have 7 figures, the prices are literally unbeatable on any of the products i just mentioned. Humongous company.

Though im not a fan of the brand, the CEM3 creatine complex in cell-mass is the best i have ever used at 3 grams a day. And Ive used every brand and form of creatine under the sun.

multi: ON opti-men

EAS...first protein i ever bought....never used it again
im just kiddin bro..actually you could do a lot worse than EAS I think. Thats not a gutter brand, relatively speaking.

i use wheat germ also...but i just buy the glass jars of it and dump in in my drinks...i go for the fiber instead of the oil though im sure the oil has more nutritional value. Excellent source of folate wheat germ is.

LOL yah, I go through so much of the shit, and I honestly have tried quite a few of the more expensive brands and never noticed anything drasticly different. adn I do use the oil, just what the store by me carries, I would actually preffer powder, but the caps are waayy expensive, see well maybe I am just cheap, LOL..

champion nutritions heavy weight gainer 900 - old school high calorie shit. I don't use all four scoops as directed though. just 2 plus a scoop of protein.

I love Muscle milk vanilla but also use eas, and vitamin shoppe depending on my funds. When I'm livng high on the hog I do Prefer the Beverly Nutrition stuff but right now it's out of my league.

I have beverly's liver tabs

Gnc Mega men multi - still have bottles left from when I was a manager at gnc.

Gaspari nutritions Size-On - great tasting creatine and I get good strength and pumps from it.

VPX No-Shotgun - great pumps, energy and focus. mixes well with gatorade.

Also like CGP - creatine glycerol phosphate - another good creatine I throw it in with my shakes.

Vaso-pro ephedrine - great for pre-contest or anytime I need a boost. try to stay away from it when really trying to bulk as it kills my appetite.

Vivarin -- 200mgs caffeine, nuff said

nah FIT not cheap..the milled wheat germ i get is pretty cheap..i bet you pay more for the oil.

Preist: champion is def. an old school brand but the quality is def. there...beverly definitely is up there among the elite brands but is still slightly over hyped imo. Jarrow is an elite, little known brand. size-on worked like crazy for me for the first jug..then it lost its magic as do most products upon repeated use. used megamen for years. decent multi.

two good bros of mine in here.
