Got Fat? Pass the Testosterone Please! | Mind and Muscle
I knew it! I did my first cycle this summer with test e and I burned more fat more quickly than I ever have in my life. Gained a nice chunk of muscle too. Good stuff.

Yep, with beck on this. Can be used for both. remember, the more muscle mass you put on the faster your metabolism works therefore increased fat loss.

this has been one of the factors in promoting HRt in men over the age of 35, once Test levels decrease, you begin to gain weight as everything slows down. they have done lots of double blind studies where men were either given placebo or test E @ 600mg a week, some worked out, others did not, the ones who were administered Test E but did not work out reduced their fat levels, showed improved mood, and sexual desire, and the men who worked out and were given the Test gained an average of 14 pounds of LBM and also reduced their BF by a simlar %.. Test is the shit.. period

I use test as a base in all my cycles, and even when I have used it alone I have seen it help with bodyfat. The flip side is that most guys use a stricter diet/more (better) cardio when they're on, so that assists as well.

I agree 100% guys and unless you have blatant disregard for your diet this will hold true...
it doesn't when you eat mcdogballs for lunch and dinner everyday just trying to get big.... lol |

any suggestions on how many weeks? I know more than 6 is good |
