Hi bros,
I found you guys by way of some familiar screen names I see when I'm over at chemicalsoldier.
I don't post very often, although I try as often as I can. I'm just a busy guy.
I'm 45, been training since my 20's. 6' usually between 205 & 225 lbs......closer to 225 these days dammit - that's what age does to you.
Anyway, glad to be here.
