i have heard quite a few times that all you need is 2iu a day of growthover an extended period for substanial reductions in bf. has anyone gone this low and seen some definite results? if so how long did you run?

when i first started gh i started 2iu a day for about 3 weeks. and yes i did see reductions in my bf. after 3 weeks though i bumped it up for other purposes

I agree with Ribbl;er onthis one if you are on a cycle and tryin to gain then I would hold off on the HGH, and maybe wait until you are either in a cutter or off and then use the hgh to help rretain some muscle size and to help bridge the gap between cycles, and to help lean you out especially after a big dirty bulker..

but what im after is...what is the lowest effective dose in terms of muscle retention and noticeable fat loss? just want to hear some different opinions...and ive heard 2iu/day a lot. lets say..not even running AAS to disclude the variable.

Because we are talking economy, i'll assume we are talkin blue tops, in which case yes I'd say the min would be 2iu M-F.
But this doesnt neccessarily mean you'll be content with the effects at that dose, thats a personal and varying reaction. Ribb- if you're trying to gain, don't cut out the gh, bump it up to 8iu ed ![]() |
