Hello Everyone!!!
So I currently on my third cycle and my two previous was a prop only 150mg eod for 12 weeks, and then a prop and anavar/tbol for 10wks. I didn't like the orals made me tighter than I liked. But i'm currently just running Prop 75mg ed for six weeks. I've used and still use hcg e3d and I've found I like adex at .3ml e3d. My first cycle I went from 270 and topped at 295 then cut to 275 keeping almost all strength until my 2nd cycle which was 8mo later. My 2nd cycle got messed up do to a hammy/IT band pull, I atribbute it mostly to the orals I used since I am extreamly flexible, only time in my life I had tightness problems.I used this as cutter though I gained 5lbs I became more vascular and dropped bf. This Cycle is just a rebound cycle coming of of a year of light rehabilitation exercises and 2months straight of no bench, Mostly all back and leg work, no pushing movements with my upper body. My body due almost 18 years of competitive sports was decimated and couldn't barely used my hands or elbows. I originally didn't expect to only do a 6 weeker, (yes I know this is not advised to start before you have everything but I concluded that a 6weeker wasn't a bad thing either), due to recent events It hasn't worked out to find new gear. My original plan was to go six weeks prop then transition to a more complex cycle but oh well its probably is a good thing. I've been having great gains, all exercises are at or above previous peak strength besides my bench but that is just to be expected with a total 2month lay off. I'm currently 255lbs my pct is nolva 40-40-20-20 Please comment if you like I always enjoy convo and being critiqued. Also Any recomendations on a next cycle would be great. Mostly from now my goals are to drop BF% and increase LBM and stay between 255-270lbs. Last edited by truck : 11-06-2007 at 11:59 PM. |

damn, you're a pretty big boy is sounds like.
whats your height and ~bf%? you like to stay lean it seems from your cycle history which i can appreciate, but maybe you might want to try something that will give you a little fluid to cushion your long-term debilitations as you start getting more into it...i was thinking maybe a little deca or if you dont want to blow up too much, nandrolone phenylprop or maybe some eq for increased collagen production. As long as you keep your diet tight, you can obviously play a big part in any fat gain or water retention from the longer esters. just a thought for your body aches and pains. and of course you can always lean out at the tail end of the cycle. Since you dont mind the pinning, inj. winni might be just the ticket, though im not sure how well your joints would tolerate it. |

ok, i was gonn be my usual self, but i guess i'll play nice. first off, if you were planning on running a better cycle than a 6 week prop only, why not just be patient and wait until you have what you need? do you need the test so bad that it cant wait? even if prop is fast acting, 6 weeks is not all that long, its almost like one of these cheese dicks asking about doing a dbol only cycle cause they are afraid of a needle. 4 weeks of dbol or 6 weeks of prop? if i had a choice i would go with the dbol just to save the money on the pins cause the end result will be about the same.

Yes I know I deserved to be ripped...It would be nice to do a better cycle, but I was off a year and was a week in to my cycle when I found out one of my sources was busted and the other disappeared. I'm sure I can find something but without refs its hard to find someone right now, with pretty much no open sourcing, I have some time left, but I won't be to disappointed if I don't find anything. Just because the reasons behind the aas use, to get ready quickly for something I'm doing, I'm already big enough I just needed a boost to get back to where I needed to be quickly strength and bf% wise. I do think 6 weeks is just fine I did an 8 weeker and felt my gains started to slowdown after the 6 week mark. So i don't think i should be ripped on the fact its only six weeks, just the fact did it with intentions of making it longer before I had the gear in my hands. The only reason I started it without the other gear is because I believe 6 weeks of prop is just fine for what my current short term goals are. I see myself more as a athlete than a lifter or BB'r so I don't mind using aas as a short term tool to get what and where I need. So hopefully when felon comes to ripp me again I can just out run him ![]() I understand my body well, and know what it needs in order to change it, so if it only turns out to be only a 6wk cycle then all I have to do is toss in some cee, arg, and increase protein intake, and ad one cheat day, and I'll keep everything I gained probably keep gaining. Currently my calorie intake is about 3000-3,500 protein about 250g, fat varies do to the fact i have to bend because I eat at cafeteria with minimal choices. I like the recommendations of the gear for my joints I'll definitely keep that in mind lV3GlVl4. And I already have in my 2 cycles changed my diet at the end to cut and flush out the water. ~Thanks guys

Thanks guys... Ya I love steroid tons of great bro's like here always looking out for eachother, I started there in 03 as well.
I've been contemplating Gh but just I'm not sure if its ut my ally for what I do, maybe when I'm older and my body could use it a little more. Though it is tempting but the prices keep me from just jumping into it.
