This is the first time I have used insulin just to try its effects. Current gear being ran is the following:
750 mg of TE EW 20 mg of Dbol ed 10 mg of Halo ed 5 iu of gh 5 on / 2off split 5 iu of slin pwo only (IM) I know its harsh on the liver with the orals, but I want as many anabolics and androgens in my system while on slin with fear of getting fat. Knowing the mechanisim on insulin I attempt to keep my protein intake high as possible with minimual amounts of fat. My question is on the diet.... I recent bought some of ABB extreme excell RTD which has the following nutrition facts: 1000 cal, 50 g protein, 226 grams of carbs, 80 grams of sugar, 1 g fat So my PWO nutrition consists as follow (after gh, slin) (5 mins of after slin IM) 5 grams of creatine 50 grams of protein (Isopure) 10 mins after initial shake, Then I procede to sip on the ABB extreme drink listed as above for about an hour to an hour in a quarter monitoring blood sugar to prevent hypoglacemia. After an hour and a half I eat about every 30-45 mins intaking approximately 50 grams of protein with 40 grams of carbs. So my main question is regarding the ABB extreme excell? I got it for cheap, but should it be used or not? trying to put on as much lbm with minimal fat. Thanks 1leg |
