i just want to say to all the young upstarts out there...my piece of advice is as follows...
if you arent a naturally big guy(i happen to be), and you say to yourself...im never gonna be that big..or i just dont have it in me.....you are defeating yourself and ill tell you why. The first step one must take to becoming massive...is on the inside...its not food or weights or anything external...you have to expand your MIND. you ever see a small guy next to a big guy eating? more often than not the big guy wolfs his food down like he just killed a wild animal and is feasting on his prize. the small guy picks at his food and nibbles here and there...now you may be thinking..well this just means eat more...NO..what it means is that the big guy has a big attitude about everything he does..everything is BIG...the way he approaches his workouts(not long)..the way he inhales his food..the way he approaches life...The body becomes what the mind believes the state of being exists as. Ive always been a stout guy...and the one thing i notice is most guys my size all have that burliness about them. you better believe that plays a part in the size. since i am naturally big...my mental disposition probably is inherent bc ive always been larger than others..but take a lesson from that all you slimmer lighter guys...think in GRAND terms...dont carry yourself like a small slight man would. in other words... GO BIG. |

This is so true i can tell you how man people ask me how i got so big and at the same time ask me why i eat so much.. I mean i got tall from genetics but i got big from eating and not doing things half assed!!

meso endo. natural meso but when u let yourself get fat YOUNG i think ya kinda change or ADJUST it some. about the thread, I understand the IDEA but the young kids here think it means to act like a meat head. lol. people always guess me at 230 or so in normal clothes... and thats a good thing. that means I dont walk around like a geared up meat head.

Ecto Ecto Ecto for me. LOL. I don't think thats what he meant at all BJ. He is 100% correct actually. If your mind and thinking is not set above the norm so to speak how would one achieve success in anything they do? They wouldn't? Think Big is not only a smart thing to do to achieve your goal to become big but it is also one of the smarter gents on the board.

Yeah, they may not be able to throw the weight you can, but I bet their warrior mentality is better, and while you are snickering at them, they are plotting about ten ways to kill you. Fuck, the most bad ass Marine I ever met only weighed about 115 pounds, but that dude could hump his body weight up and down 15,000 feet mountains with out breaking a sweat, and pump bullets into motherfuckers without without feeling bad about it. Before you castigate people for no reason, you might wanna know why they act the way they do. |
