Exclamation need a FAST response
i didnt want to post this in my thread bc i need all eyes on this asap. Im heading to moneygram in about an hour or so when my girl gets here. I called ahead to the location for directions and asked the guy about sending in USD. He said he didnt know about that to foreign countries and it will exchange into euro or whatever local currency. My friend specified he needs it to be in usd when it arrives in moldova. Will i be able to fill out something on the form that will make sure to keep it in USD when it arrives..or do they choose on their end? P.s. The guy was some hindu fuck.

sorry for all my transfer questions people....this is my maiden trip so i just dont want to geek the shit. Once i get this right once, ill obviously be g2g.

need a response by someone whos used MG ASAP.

The clerk will ask you if you want to send in USD or EURO.If they dont,make sure to tell them to send in USD.

See thats what im assuming ...but hes saying something or other about how it will translate to euros. I just want to make sure that my bud in moldova is able to get the USD when he claims it.

so i suppose i will just send in usd and let the chips fall where they may

I never send international so I would have to say good luck.Especially that area your sending too.

Default A Greenhorn Learns A Lesson
lol.... Well...everything that couldve gone wrong did today.....paid my dues i guess. I was so fkn vexed earlier, but im at peace now. It wasnt a whole lot of money. Ill have a go again next week.

long story short, there was a miscommunication, and moneygram isnt being accepted now. I didnt use my real name so of course the moneys gone to the wind. 210 is a tolerable setback though. I fng stopped in the western union location bc i thought it was the mg 5 minutes before too! Fuck! All to save 20 or so dollars. Oh well. Live and learn. Mistakes are made, and wont be repeated. I told him wht happened and hes gonna pack me something extra when it goes out for the lost $ which is hospitable of him considering this was, in the end my oversight.

And no this is not Mr. Scammer either. This bro is known and repped far and wide. Ive never seen a complaint on any board.

sidenote: the hindu had NO fkng clue how to send to moldova. I had to help his ass some of the way. Took 30 fucking minutes.
