Question concerning Nolva....
This may be a very noob question, however I will ask it again. I know many people don't mind the bloat from estrogen during cycle. I do because of making weight for competitions. I also understand Arimidex,Femara, are better choices.
My question is...using Nolva during a cycle help with bloat or is not real effective? I've read a couple different opinions on this.  That is why I'm am asking. Thanks in advance!

ive never really noticed nolvadex to reduce bloat.
to help prevent gyno yes but bloat not really. i always believe arimidex is the way to go but then that stuff is expensive. manipulating ur diet can help keep bloat down from what i know

I have read posts from a lot of bros that feel Nolva during cycle helps them to keep bloat under control. Right now I am taking 10mg ED while using Test E, Prop, Tren A, and EQ and I have almost zero bloat, but I could not swear that it's the Nolva, nor could I prove it, unless I wanted to stop taking it and see what happens...but why fix it if it's not broken?
If you have plenty around try a low dose ED and see what happens. I have read some conjecture that Nolva during cycle can inhibit gains but I have read no scientific proof and I am sure if it's indeed true, it's probably at a much higher dose than what I am taking.

Nolva can help with bloat. However, as stated above, it'd be better to use something like a-dex, aromasin, or letro instead. Why allow all that estrogen to be circulating around the body? Just stop it before it can start being a problem.

Thanks guys...and thanks for whomever moved my post to the right area of the forum. Sorry I put it in AAS discussion section. I do have retarded moments.
