Default T3, clen or somthing else????

hey bros ive been doing a little searching myself but just wanted to see what yalls thoughts were. my girlfriend wants to do a cycle to lose about 20 lbs. and ive already put her and i proper workout and a clean diet. but i just wanted to see what you think she should take. any help would be great, thanks guys.

If she can handle ephedra then let her try the clen. Start off with 20mcgs in the am for a week. then 20mgs 2xD, then 40 in the am with 20 in the pm. If she doesn't have any interruptions in sleep and can handle the shakes keep it there for 2 weeks then go backwards and lower the dose.

For the t3, start off with 25mcgs in upon rising on an empty stomach. If she takes it after food or less than an hour before her next meal then it won't work properly. I would increase by 25mcgs each week until she hits 25mcgs 3xd. Then decrease in the same manner.

For a boost to her workout go for 25mgs Ephedra, 200mgs caffeine. Again this is if she isn't bothered by any side from the first two items. I used a similar combo for contest prep and dropped 17lbs in less than 1 month. LMK what you decide to do and how she does. If she not opposed to AAS then you coud go with anavar or winny tabs.

Ya.....thats kinda what i was thinking. She has tried clen about a year ago but i think it was a bad batch and i took her off. thats probably what ill do. just start out low and go up as long as she can handle sides. shes a teacher so shell probably like the energy pick up. so do you think that if she can handle the 40mcgs of clen then she should add in the T3 or should she start them together?

If you want run the clen by itself for a week or two and then hit the t3. Then she can se what she feels without jumping right into both.

there is no reason to really ramp down clen, up yes but you will have better results not ramping down

I would not ramp the clen down either,never made sense to me to do that.

t4 is safer and has less of a rebound effect

i like phentramine for myself and my girl better then clen'but thats me

i would say KEEP HER AWAY FROM T3!!! just my opinion but you dont want to take a chance fucking up her thyroid function!! it is possible no matter how she cycles it! i would say a better approach would be alternating clen and eca every 2 weeks and maybe throughing in meridia throughout the entire cycle!! she will see very good result if you say everything else is in place with lifting and diet!
