Default alfutop injections?
How do u inject in knee and shoulders for best results?

For the shoulders Tri's and Delt's. The area for the knees is in the quad closest to the affected knee. You need to get as close to the injured area as possible and run a 21 day cycle to completion. I hear pretty good things about aflutop.

i know this is old but I don't want there to be any confusion here....

you do not need to get close to the injury. It works through out the body. best case is the first 21 day cycle will fix everything... that was my experience.... my friend needed 2 21 day cycles.... with a 30 day break in between.

I got my last 2 cycles from ebay. Cheap, had to go thru customs, they opened it and sent it thru. I hit the delts with it using a slin pin.

Im not sure if they make a helmet to fit a melon like yours...LOL...yeah, i could use some of that stuff for my elbows!!!
