im only gonna be running test e for my upcoming course and wanted to know if shooting twice a week, each time into the opposite glute is not too much. I would think ill be fine with that - basically one shot a week into each glute.
1cc per poke i shouldnt need to rotate my quads in is what i wanna know. also. Better to run dbol at a higher dose for about 4 weeks or at a slightly lower dose for 5 or 6 - ? i of course have researched both of these but need to hear what you guys have to say. edit: 500/wk TE - 200 10mg d-bol how would u run it for best results first cycle? One shot a week in each side is no biggie. When you have to hit two shot/day ED then ou can worry about rotatng sites. Also 1cc is nothing for your glutes, you ca go up to three depending on the drug. I have gone as high as 3ccs in the delts. I keep thigh shots to 1cc though. Picture this;
Day 1 2cctest+1cctren in right delt day 2 1cceq+1ccwinny in left delt+ 1cc denkadiol day 3 repeat day 1 but split into three 1 cc shots in thighs. day 4 repeat day 2 day 5 repeat day 1 day 6 repeat day 2 day 7 day off this gets annoying by the end of week 4. This is what I started running during my most current blitz, interrupted by $$ issue and injury as stated in another post. I was also supposed to pin Peg-MGF in the evening PWO and IGF-1 in the am upon rising.

I like to run the dbol a little longer, maybe drop to 40mg and run another week or so.

yea, i see where you guys are coming from with the 50 mg and the longer run, but the thing is this will be my first cycle and i have the feeling i may be prone to the acne and water, so as for popping my dbol cherry, ive settled on 30 tops. I was gonna push 40 as im a big guy, but im also natural, so im not big big and theres always next time after i can feel the little arnie's out on my maiden voyage.
that leads me to the question ive been pondering for the longest. Is d-bol really so much more harsh up at 50 compared to say 30? U always here so many bros sayin no need to go that high and its not necessary, sides are too bad... but then u have bros like those chiming in here who are of the other camp that advocates 50mg as the standard. any opinions? |

The thing i get most commonly from hitting 50mg wit the dbol is acid-reflux. I know a couple of the guys here have mentioned it too. I also get painful pumps i my jaw when I eat and forget abouttrying to chew gum. I always make sure to avoid alcohol, one beer would have had me doubled over as if someone had punched me in the kidneys. Other than that there is the temper but then again i like to run dbol, tren and winny alot and they all make me a little snappy.
Come to think of it my first cycle was dbol and I varied my dose from 10mg to 20mg to 30mg, held for one week an then back down to 20 to 10 to 5mg. Gains were in the order of 18lbs without using anything else. Definitely stick to the lower numbers. Since you're adding test you should blow up.
