i think that one is hype although i am a fan of whole food vitamins....i take this liquid multi called Miracle 3000.

I just googled it and nothing came up. Can you tell me what company puts that out. I want to read up on it.

I could have sworn it was called Miracle 3000 but i was able to find it on the web called Miracle 2000.

Dave Palumbo pushes that juice-plus stuff hard. I think he now gets paid for pushing it. He is the reason that I really got onto the whole food vitamins after hearing him talk about it. I take the one called berries and greens.

He does push Juice Plus+ hard, but he is not sponsored with them or affiliated in any way, except selling it on his SPECIES Nutrition website. I honestly take the stuff, I figure the price is worth it when you think about what you are getting and how long it lasts. A couple of my buddies that compete on the national level also take it for general health as well, I only do fruits, and the vegetables, I don't do the fancy antioxidant berries formua, just the red cap bottle and the green cap bottle together. I split up the dosages, one pill from each bottle in the morning, and one pill from each bottle before bedtime. I like it a lot. I also take vitamin E, C, omega-3s, primrose evening oil pills, msm, and glucosamine, and a plain cheap generic equate brand multi that sells for $5-8 at wal-mart and has got a ton of pills.
