I think the idea of simply getting surgery because you are afraid of "the risk" of getting gyno is a bad idea. Unless you currently have gyno...just buy letro or arimidex and take it from there. Surgery will cost you in the thousands of dollars. You will not have to take a hormone to replace some function, however, you won't be able to hit the gym for over two months until it heals. And as far as "hassle" for PCT goes it really wouldn't make it any easier. you would still have to follow the same protocol to get your HPTA back in check.
Also people close to me have had this surgery i don't know you personally but if you also have a "fat" chest, removing just the glandular tissue and not getting lyposuction of the adipose tissue leaves you with a very unappealing look. You would need both and you would be spending even more $$. Don't get it unless you need it !!! Thats my input bro.
