Yep, and this is the same ass clown that said we brought the September 11 attacks on ourself. So, it makes perfect senes that he would say we should end the war on drugs. Some drugs, yes. All drugs, no. If you think that legalizing heroin, blow, weed, X, meth, and whatever else folks are using these days will make the drug problem disappear, you're very much mistaken.

Before I get into this lets get one things straight. I do not believe our government is totally innocent regarding the attacks. I mean at least 7 of the reported hijackers are still alive! It was clearly a black op and I would be glad to debate this issue with you in another thread.
His words were taken out of context. First of all the hijackers were all allegedly Saudi's not Iraqis, Afghanistan's. He clearly stated that we never left since the Gulf war and have been bombing, sanctioning over there for the past 10 yrs. I'm not saying we deserved it but what would you do if this was happening to your nation. Don't let your emotions get in the way of logical thinking.
Legalizing drugs will not solve the problem. Education from an early age will. His ideals are based on the constitution and keeping the government out of our lives, which is what the constitution is all about. We got into the mess we are in because of government.

You tell me one thing the government has said they would solve and have accomplished.

Was it better schooling? Maybe you should read the book by Charlotte Iserbyt "The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America" It will open your eyes.

Was it better health care?

Did they fix social security?

Have they made the world a safer place?

Have we won the phony war on terror?

You are missing the fundamentals of what he is trying to say. Our founding fathers would be appalled if they knew the government was being run.

We do not have leaders running this country we have misleaders.



DRUGS ARE NOT A LEGAL ISSUE THEY ARE A MORAL ISSUE! HAVE YOU EVER HEARD SOMEONE SAY I WILL NOT USE DRUGS BECAUSE THEY ARE ILLEGAL? NO. It comes from the environment they are brought up in, peers, and values instilled.

I will have to say for 11 posts this is a good one. I too believe
we give up our rights and let the government control our lives daily.
They take our rights with bills and laws that seem to be doing us good.
When lawyers decipher these things you realize they are just
gaining more control with fancy wording.

They tax our money when we make it and then tax us again at the store
and gas pumps.We get taxed when we fart in this country and our
health care is a joke. Keep giving up our rights to these jokers and
everyone will watch our great country turn to a pile of Doo.

And as for drugs, marijuana shouldnt even be listed with crack,heroin etc.
That is a joke, you can kill yourself with alcohol poisining. Try doing it with weed. You might eat yourself to the next waist size.

The only thing our government is interested in is money and power.
We actually think we own this world. we are living on borrowed time.
We are like fleas on a dogs back. When the earth is tired of us
it is going to shake us off. Including politicians.

Thank you for your comment, I believe you are getting the point I am trying to make. I am not saying the use of heroin, crack, opiates, aas, analgesics, antidepressants, etc is bad or good I am saying it is personal choice.

The Politicians with the help of Edward Bernays, Freuds cousin, learned how to control the masses long time ago. They use Orwellian double speak and euphemisms to fool the public into getting them to follow them. An example of Orwellian speak is the Patriot Bill, (it is one of the most anti american things ever done to this country) what about the euphemism eminent domain, if you dont know what it means it allows a private corporation to take the property that you own for their own private interest if they can prove they will build something on it that will generate more tax revenue for the county, city, state!

Thats right they can steal your property and there is nothing you can do about it! The UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT RULED THIS IS OK!!!

Thats right it is all about money. If your government cared about you they would do something about the real mass murdering intoxicants alcohol, tobacco. No it is taxed. We have one of the greatest armies in the world do you think we could stem the flow of drugs in this country if we wanted to. HELL YES! The reason they dont is due to the mass amount of money made of selling the drugs, housing inmates, cheap labor received from inmates, probation fees, court fines fees etc.

We hear about drug lords overseas ask yourself this WHO ARE THE AMERICAN DRUG LORDS. Who is receiving the several ton shipments of heroin, cocaine, mj into this country. If you are not familiar with Oliver North look him up, he was in the CIA and got caught smuggling tons of cocaine into the country on CIA planes and was pardones by Reagan.

I think I'm entitled to make any comment I please concerning my OWN PERSONAL OPINION about Ron Paul. I heard what he said, and I am not misreprsenting or taking his words out of context. So try easing up on the arrogance and the insults. I stated an opinion about Ron Paul, not about you personally, so don't get all defensive and start insulting me just because I don't buy into your conspiracy theory bullshit.

I don't mean to sound condescending, I offer my apologies if this is the way your interpreted my comment.
I understand that your comment was about Ron Paul and not myself. There was no ad hominem attacks from either side.
This is the politics forum and I like to see everyones views on various issues.
Yes I would like to hear your viewpoints on other candidates and all the issues.
It may change my viewpoint if some points are brought to light that I did not know about.
Conspiracy carries a negative connotation. I simply asked some questions that should be answered, not spouting conspiracy theories.
I have strong convictions about politics and the state of the nation if I come across strong it is out of frustration, it seems misinformation is spread faster than the truth. People take what someone else says as plausible fact, when the person that told them probably knows just as much if not less than the person they told.

I dont want anyone to take my word for anything. I urge everyone to research it and look into it themselves.
