So I got a safe-mail account but not sure how it is encrypted. I have used pgp before as it encrypts the body of the message so I understand how it works. It is kind of a pain to use but I understand it.

Would someone explain how the safe-mail works? I am not arguing that it is not safe, I just don't understand how it is private. If the body of the message is not encrypted, than how does it keep prying eyes from reading? The mail goes from your isp's server and then to the mail server, so can't your isp's server be compromised?

Yes so safe-mail cn read every email they have if they want. You basicllicallyhave to trust your emial provider and how do you know you can trust them.

I had a hassle trying to renew my cyber-rights account last year but kept my mailvault account instead. I believe that's a secured mail system. It must be secured because I'm getting the same spam that I used to get at cyber-rights.

I know that this post is several years old but are not the email providers listed compromised , that is LE can access these providers? What is the current oppion of
