I have been training lately and have not had any energy when working out. Right now I am taking 100mg test suspension ed and 900mg deca ew. I am working out every other day calories are at about 5000 a day. I am also taking clen/t3 combo so I don’t gain to much bf while bulking I am 5' 10" 242 lbs 12% bf. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Re-examine your doses on the clen and T-3. To much of either can cause this problem but, most times the clen is it blame. I started to have the same problems about 2 weeks ago so I stopped the clen and reduced my t-3 intake. I've just now got my strength back. I also ached all over mainly in my joints. You really need to be careful with clen and t-3 you can fuck yourself up real easy. Peace Forged

I am getting my eight hours of sleep so I don't think that is the problem my dosage of clen is 100mg ed and t3 is 50mg per day.. I have also noticed that my joints have started to hurt while taking clen but I would have thought that the deca should have taken care of this any ideas on how to lubricate them any better?

#1 - dont take clen while bulking. you're wasting your bulk cycle. some T3 is okay, but 50mcg MAX
#2 - thats alot of deca....like a WHOLE LOT for just that small amount of test. watch out for progestenic side effects. I think its the clen/cytomel making you tired and joint pain is a side of too much thyroid. i'd say stop the clen completely and drop the cytomel to just 12.5mcg TWICE to 3 TIMES per day. Also, if you're so worried about fat gain you might be eating real clean.....you might be anemic. if you dont eat red meat on a regular basis get some Slow FE pills and take 1 at night with a Vitamin C tablet.
