I recently got a script for Phentermine from my HRT doc....I am also on Test (injections and pills). I am wondering if there is anything that would combine nicely with the Phen to help lean down a bit? I am probably going to be starting 2-3 iu's of gh in a few weeks. I have some pure Ephedrine, but I'm guessing I probably don't want to add that or the ECA 'stack' to my Phen, do I? I just took my first dose of Phen today and I feel great...just wanted to know if there is anything that would give it a little extra "boost". Thanks!

If I was you I would go with something like Tren. Drop the ephedrine you want to a compound that doesn't increase your heart rate or blood pressure which most compounds do. However with Tren it's not as severe and your cycle of Tren would be short 8-10 weeks or so. Anyone else care to add anything. Peace Forged

Phentermine is not quite the same as Fen-Phen. Which I think your thinking of. Fen-Phen is a combination of fenfluramine and Phentermine in 97 it was taken off the market by the FDA. Phentermine by it's self was still okay'd so to speak..

I have to ask as well why did your HRT doctor prescribe Phentermine that’s usually the last step before a stomach staple. Peace Forged

The Phen was a recent addition to my therapy...My primary concern for going to see her for HRT was my weight gain. I am usually around 187-190lbs. Over last few years (since I turned 30), I've packed on about 30 lbs., that I can absolutely NOT lose. Along with feeling sluggish, lethargic and everything else that goes along w/ low Test. Well, I've been on my Test. for about 6 months, but my weight is the same. I expressed my concern about my weight and she suggested the Phen. She's good because she treats the patient, not the numbers. She understands what might be "normal" for one person is not normal for another. I do "full" blood work every 8-weeks on my follow up visits, so if anything is off, she will tweak whatever I'm using. She made me understand that the Phen is not a long term treatment, but just a short term 'jump start' for my metabolism. The rest will have to come from me, training, and watching my diet.

Is this a primary care physician? I'm sorry but I've been in practice for 16 years and have never heard of a physician prescribing such a drastic regiment over 30 pounds. I would really stress you seeking another opinion for your health and weight loss issues. Peace Forged

My mom's doc just recently gave her phentermine. She is 61 and needs to lose some weight. I took them away from her though. I didn't think a 61 year old woman had any business taking it. Now I take them before I squat, but that's neither here, nor there...lol. Anyway, I agree with IPL, if you haven't, get your thyroid checked. That can lead to all kinds of problems if it's out of whack. Also, me personally, I'd feel safer using clen for short amounts of time over the long haul, than I would using a script like phentermine.
If you do start your GH, I think you will see a dramatic loss in BF. It's like a magic potion for fat loss.
