Those fast food breakfasts are definitely tempting. They offer flavor, variety, and convenience. These two breakfasts are virtually identical. Arby's describes their Sausage, Egg & Cheese Wrap as a "juicy sausage patty, egg, potato cake and melted American cheese all served in a warm flour tortilla." Sounds pretty good right? What about Hardee's Tortilla Scrambler? It may go by a different name, but its flour tortilla also contains scrambled eggs, sausage and cheddar cheese. One of these wraps is low enough in calories to easily fit into your diet while being significantly lower in fat and saturated fat than its competitor. Can you pick the diet-friendly winner?
The winner is, Hardee's Tortilla Scrambler!!! Although it's difficult to imagine anything low in calories coming from a fast food restaurant, it's even harder to believe that something cheesy, eggy, and meaty can be diet-friendly. Well, Hardee's has created a breakfast wrap that combines taste and health. Their Tortilla Scrambler contains a low 230 calories! How do they do it? On top of that, the 13 grams of fat are a mere fraction of the fat that Arby's wrap offers. The Sausage, Egg & Cheese Wrap from Arby's contains almost 3 times the calories (688) and almost 4 times the fat (45 grams) as Hardee's healthy wrap! At Hardee's, lay off the Hash Rounds (a small contains 260 calories and 16 grams of fat) and round out your meal with some old-fashioned Grits for just 110 calories and 5 fat grams! Stay Strong~~!!!
