I wasnt sure how to start this off but here we go. I want to
compete at the age of 42. This has been my goal when I seriously started bodybuilding about two years ago. I have lifted weights on and off my whole life mostly due to sports and competing in martial arts(tae kwon do). My Father passed away when I was 12 years old. He fought cancer for three brave years before succombing to the disease. He was 42 when he died. I guess you can see there is an invariable time clock in my head that doesnt stop ticking. I turn 40 this November so i have two more years to try and reach for my goal. Dont get me wrong here, bodybuilding will be my life till the end or as long as I can get my ass into a gym. But I will be searching for advice from ABB's finest so I can rise to the occasion. I am considering dieting down and trying a very small comp at 41. I am also talking to few experienced guys to find someone to teach me posing. I am already finding certain angles really compliment where others take away. Thanks to any who offer any advice here. |

I guess maybe start off with some before pics and stats? maybe cycle history too?

I will post some pics very soon....I have a lot of tattoos so this
should be intersting....I am not completely covered.. I started doing some bb in my late teens early 20's..... fell off for a bit and started again in my mid 20's where I ran my first Cyp only cycle at about 250mgs wk for 10 weeks..no pct..had no clue..noticed some nice strength and size changes while on this first cycle...I think the size was mostly bloating from xtra test.... Off and on workouts for about 10 years,martial arts, ice hockey, running and lifting sporadically.... I suffered an opiate addiction in my early 30s...I obviously quit most physical activities during this time but I do remember playing Ice hocky while nodding out on the bench.. 38 is when I decided to set a real goal. 4 years and to compete the same age my father passed away..I started workouts at home and reading up on nutrition on my pc. I remembered how good I felt years earlier on cypionate..I started running HGH and and cypionate..10 weeks on 10 off of the test...HGH throughout..I ran two of these and added decca this would be cycle 3. Now 4 got a bit more involved..... I ran EQ 500,Test 600, with 50mg eod stanz 12wks....This was what seemed be and is still one of my favorites.....5 was a bit crazy,(4 me) 50 mg dbol first 20 days(inj),600 test E, 300 test c,500 eq,last 4 wks added Tren a 400 wk and 100mg stanz eod.14 wks total. I noticed a real difference in my muscle maturity after this run. All with HGH and Nolva,hgc PCT....Last cycle was this summer...600 test E, 750 EQ,400 Primo,450 fast Decca,Tren a 400 switch from primo, and 100 mg winny eod...16 weeks total...HGH throughout. Now on PCT. My body fat really dropped off this summer but my weight has been steady between 220 and 225.. Tren seems to fuck with my mind.. Im thinking on a Dbol,Test,Eq, and Winny for my next.... |

Thats a great goal to have set for yourself!! I admire you strengths and determination, thats great! You should have plenty of time if you've got your foundation build and alittle extra to boot!!! You should post up some pics to give us all and idea where you are with your training. what about your diet, do you have it going good??

what do you think your bodyfat % is right now and your waist size?
if your bodyfat is low and your waist is on the smaller side i would say try Anadrol your next cycle. Also, i think you're ready to bump the test up to 750-800mg/wk. Try a test blend.

I had my bodyfat done via calipers at the gym yesterday. It came
out to be 7.8%...They did not caliper the love handle area .... I think if they added this area into the equation it would be closer to 10%.My pants waist size is 34..Have had to wear a belt with a lot of my pants now. Probably like a 33. My diet has been decent but not as strict as it could have been... I take a GNC mens mmega multi vitamins...30 mgs vanadyl sulfate.. Whey protein,muscle milk and a rapid recovery drink, I eat special K(protein) with fruit, hard boiled eggs, peanut butter and oatmeal in wheyprot shake, chicken breast,peanut butter crackers,a grape juice, some type of nuts, apple or grapes. Sometimes I cheat a little and will have a small water ice or a small icecream...Dinner is usually fish, chicken or steak...We eat out a little too much but I do pretty well eating of these menus picking the healthiest foods. Im not talking fast food here..Sushi is always one of my favorites. Whey before gym, rapid rec post gym, muscle milk before bed...I think i have pretty good instincts with my diet but I really should write my numbers down..I think zeroing this in could be the difference. Muscle Milk is good before bed. if you can get your waist down to 32 i would definitely try anadrol! ....4 weeks of 100mg/day of good anadrol should put about 20 lbs on you and your waistline would probably end up at 34 which is not bad.

Met with a pro bb today..he is changing my diet and workout..
He is also tuning in my gear intake adding t3 and upping my gh a bit...I have to eat 8 egg whites and 4 whole eggs a.m. with 4 peices of whole grain toast...I better get hungry cause thats before a volumizing shake..i work out 10 a.m. |
