...that is the question.
Here is what I'm trying to figure out: I am going to start a 12 week Test cycle (500mg/wk) in the next few weeks. The only thing I may add would be D-Bol (25 mg ed) weeks 1-4 to help kickstart, but maybe not. Either way, a simple first cycle. I will use HCG throughout (if I can find it, lol) and Nolva for PCT, as recommended by some knowledgeable bros here...the advice is much appreciated ![]() I would like to be able to cut down a bit after this initial mass cycle...I don't want to be bloated for next beach season, lol. I was thinking of maybe Anavar with a low dose of Test to help shed some fat and improve vascularity. Laying out a plan for that is where I need some input from you guys. Assuming I start the Test cycle in the middle of Sept. and run for 12 weeks, then PCT for 4...that puts me at the first part of Jan. I'm sure I would need to lay off AAS for at least 4 to 6 weeks after PCT...putting me in the middle of Feb. Then running Var and moderate Test for 10 weeks and PCT for 4...I'm now at the end of May, at the earliest...prime beach time ![]() Does that sound like the way to go or should I simply lower the dose of Test at the end of my initial 12 weeks, jump right on the Var for 10, and then PCT at the end of it all? This is what you ol' salty vets would call a bridge, correct?? Sorry for writing a book here...I just like to be organized and plan shit out. Thanks for any input! |

First cycle then bridging unless your 60 NO. Your way to new to even think about bridging. Sprinters get tired fast and have to stop, take you time you will last longer.
If you can stand it after you PCT stay off 10-12 weeks. I use to stay on 12 off 16. Just watch your diet, gears isn't an excuse to be a fat ass. Regards AM

Fair enough...thanks for the no-nonsense reply. Just trying to look at all the options. I'm not a fat ass...but not single digit bf% either.
I'll do the Test cycle and stay off for a few months before gearing up again. I'll know more about how to run the next one by then anyway. |

Hope you didnt get the impression I was being a prick.
Take the test and maybe d-bol take a nice break. Then consider a nice test eq maybe a little winnie to harden you up. Also some ECA or fat burn product that you like. Regards AM

Yeah AM's advice is the way to go! When I did my first cycle I was dying to stop at week 12, just because the pumps. I couldn't even shower without my arms getting pumped, it really got old. Thats just something that takes getting used to. It doesn't bother me anymore. I promise though around 10-12 weeks you will be ready to lay off for a while. I would just do my pct and then if you want to drop some bf and are set on using something, do a 6 week cycle of prop @ 100 mg eod, drop your cal intake a little and do some cardio 5 days a week. You will be surprised at how much better you will look and feel! The prop isn't a must have but it will keep you from losing any muscle. Thats just my oppinion. Whatever you decide good luck bro and enjoy your cycle the first is always the best.
