OK so its day one off my german volume training.
day 1 : chest and biceps.. flat bench dumbell press 10 sets of 10 reps with 60 second rest between. incline dumbell flyes 3 sets of 10 reps Biceps : close grip barbell raises 5 sets of 10 reps wide grip barbell raises 5 sets of 10 reps Ive not stuck exactly to the thread about GVT , Im using the exercises that work best for me and do build muscle quickly on me. I must say that i did the whole stick with one particular weight for the entire 10 sets. The first 3 sets were pretty easy but after that they really started to kill me lol. I felt the blood rush into my pecs and they swole up like crazy. by the 7th set i was struggling to get to 10 reps but i just had to push thru the latic acid burn , my arms went all wobbly and weak lol. after the 10 sets of flat bench presses i was pumped like never before. i waited the 60 seconds and went straight into the dumbell flyes. After my chest work i had to take 2 minutes before starting my biceps. the first 5 sets where feeling preety good but when i switched to wide grip , 3 sets into that my arms were pumped the fuk up. I finished the final set and went to get my protein ,, damn i could just about lift the cup to drink it ,, arms were shaking and so tight and full. It then took me 4 minutes to get my shirt off in the showers lol. my arms are still throbbing and my chest is pumped. Im going to do this for 6 weeks then move onto the recomnded remaining 3 weeks at a heavier workload. i really think this is gonna make me grow like mad. i will update this each week or if u guys want i will update after each workout. Im on this cycle at the moment. test prop at 150mg eod tren ace at 75mg eod custom test blend at 400mg per ml 1,600mg per week ( contains enthate ) as from next week : anadrol at 50mg per day im at 242lbs right now and eating clean and consuming 7 - 8,000 kcals per day and 350 grams of protein. |
