weeks 1-6: nolvadex @ 40 mg ed
weeks 1-6: arimidex @ 1 mg ed
weeks 1-6: tribulus @ 6 grams ed

HCG 2 weeks before coming off

I would recommend that you not use adex during PCT.

It causes quite a negative feedback loop. Just keep the nolva and clomid doses high.

Ditch the arimidex, it's both going to hurt lipid values and it can potentially cause recovery problems as far as the HPTA is concerned. As far as the nolva, I'd taper from 40 to 10, 40/40/30/30/20/10 or something of the sort. You could potentially get some estrogen rebound if you don't taper. The hcg is right on target.

As for clomid.. 150/100/50 has worked well. I definately wouldn't run it six weeks though, due to the sides.

6 weeks only if needed...if you are on a big cycle, you may need 2 seperate PCT's....I have had to do that before...Man, Was I ever crying, lmao

How long was your cycle and what coupmounds where you using?
That makes a huge difference in PCT needs.

I prefer to have all of my PCTs at least 8 weeks. If I still feel crashed I will extend it for 4 more weeks.

for pct i use clomid and nolva with some suppluments like tribulas thrown in if i have the spare cash.
if your balls dont fill back up or shrink hard during cycle you need some hcg.
