my friend is about 20% and is considering running either of these
the thing is i have no idea the dose or length that each one should be cycles at can someone post week and dose for each...this would realy help me out also plz give opinions on what he should run im assuming t3 thanks |

wk2 50mcg wk3 75mcg wk4 100mcg* wk5 100mcg* wk6 100mcg* wk7 100mcg* wk8 75mcg wk9 50mcg wk10 25mcg wk11 12.5mcg i found this on t3 yes i know about the PCT too but i aslo hear 8 weeks on, 6 off for t3 |

Clen is usually ran 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with dosages not really getting higher than about 150mcg.
IMO, Clen is safer than T3 simply due to the thyroid issues. If he is a big eater get him some meridia at 10mg a day, along with the clen. |

Lets work on this properly first.
provide your stats. I always recommend that T3 is one of those compounds that you cannot play with unless you know your body well. What is your gear experience? Are you planning on running test along with it? (highly recommend) What is your diet like? Cardio? So many questions to discuss prior to thinking that T3 is good or not for you. B2J

Well, the compound is not dangerous if you know how to use it.
I would steer clear from it however, if his intention is not to run test along with it. How about a good ECA stack with some LOW IMPACT cardio? IMO your friend may be thinking that magic will happen with intaking some drug. The fact remain, that if his diet is not optimize to lose weight (which is what I think he wants ) then no matter what he takes, or how he takes it, he will not succeed. Get him to join the online life and he will benefit greatly from it. I would be working on what he is eating before even running clen Jut my opinion. B2J

Hey Five..... One big detail I gotta tell ya.... There is a study out done on Lab Rats, showing that Clen isn't effective on obese rats..... Basically, the study was done with 5 obese rats, and 5 regular BF%(10-15%BF) rats..... They gave them all the same dosages, and found that the regular BF rats lost ALOT more fat, and the obese rats lost close to very lil fat..... For some reason, Clen seems to be more effective when youre pretty lean at the start of the cycle..... I put this study to a Real life test...... I used ECA untill I got to 15% BF, then did the typical Clen 2 week on/ 2 week off cycle..... I gotta say that it took me to the next level in BF% quick..... I'm now about 10% BF, and it didn't take long to get here (4 weeks to be exact)...... SO, my advice would be to get your friend on ECA till he gets around 15%BF, then let him do the Clen..... T3 isn't as bad as everyone says, as long as you keep the doses low..... I'd reccomend 25mcg per day, and just keep it there..... That low of a dose will give much improved Fatloss over the long haul, and not much stress on the Thyroid.... Not to mention that it is easy to taper off at that dose...... I've run T3 for 3mths straight at that dose, with no problems at all..... I get my blood work done quite frequently BTW..... As long as you taper off nice and slow, your Thyroid recovers well.....
