Looking to finally find out what all the hype is about and try some igf and I have a few questions:
1) Pinning: I have read you can do IM or SubQ but IM post workout is more effective. You pin IM but use a slin pin since you should be hitting your lagging muscle groups 2) Dosing: A bigger question I have read anywhere from 40 - 100 mcg ed or eod. I was thinking that I will be doing 60-80 mcg pwo. Is this okay? suggestions are welcomed. Any other feedback positive/negative about IGF ? |

with the LR3 igf-1, you don't necessarily have to inject it into the lagging badyparts. this version of igf-1 will last long enough in your body to have systemic effects. If you had the original IGF-1 without the LR3 addition then yes, I would say you have to pin it into the bodypart your interested in.
Secondly, if you did 50mcg/pwo, then each .1mg vial would last you 2 days or 1mg would last 20days. I have also read it is beneficial to split your daily dose into an am shot and a pwo shot. The split dose is supposed to help keep your blood levels more consistantly elevated vs. 1 larger shot. I 'm sure both ways will be effective, I guess it really depends how much pinning you can tolerate. Hope my 2cents helped.
