Default desiccated liver tablets
i just got 600 desiccated liver tabs today.
never used them before and dont know much about it.
Is it a good supplement , does it give good gains at all.
i know its an old school product.

theres probably a reason its an old school product. did they try to sell you some Smilax and Hot Stuff with it?

no i was given the tablets by my partners mother.

they smell off them reminds me off fish food and multi-vitamins.
i call then my goldfish tablets lol.

i did some research on them yesterday night when i had the time and it seems that they are pretty good and do work.
so we will see how this all works out then. i will keep this thread updated on what i notice from them.

they dont have real advanced supplements in Ireland do they? i dont think they even sell desicated liver tabs in supp stores here anymore.

this isnt some kind of irish dry humor joke is it????

Liver Tabs are part of my supplentation. 3.2g of Protein per 2 tabs i belive and plenty of BCAA. usually 16/day or so for me. Big fuckers but u get used to them

no its no joke lol..

Ireland does have american supplements but they cost a fortune.
A 6lb tub off n-large 2 costs us £36 thats around $55

But as far as the advanced stuff ,, not really in comparission to what u guys have lol.
the hydroxycut here is weaker than the USA stuff.
We have pro-hormones and all the normal proteins and creatines but thats about it.

I use Uni-liver from Universal , very Cheap at 11.00 for 500 count.
