Been looking around for somethin that will help my joints out. Problem is I have Spinal Stenosis and a bad knee, which bothers me when I push myself to much (what can I say, I'm a glutton for punishment.
)Would like some ideas on joint supplements that I could possibly take but I have to watch it b/c I also have high blood pressure and if my weight goes up to much so does the BP. As of yet I haven't taken any kind of anything. Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated! |

You might want to check out Animal Flex. I don't think there is anything in it that will make you gain weight or elevate your blood pressure. Another thing is glucosamine and msm, it makes for a very good combination for your joints and muscles as well. Any brand will suffice, hope this helps.

I like Cissus a lot. No bp effects and it's excellent for joint relief. Glucosamine/MSM is cheap enough that it's worth adding to your daily routine also.
And then there's Deca-Durabolin if you want to go the AAS route. It's not something you would want to do lightly or without thorough research however. |

You may want to look into Microlactin. I am getting ready to try it. Google it and you will find plenty of info. Adequan is also great if you can find it.

Never known a women to take it, but aflutop has done wonders for me.

I am giving cissus rx a shot; There has been alot of good feedback, also glucosamine/chondriton/msm usually works.

Fish oil can help with the inflammation. Use at least 1-2 grams of EPA/DHA per day. I'm a big believer in glucosamine/chrondroiton.
